Scars are tattoos with better stories.
So I made it to BYU and am full speed ahead at living in "Happy Valley." New roommates, new classes, new major, new ward, new life, new seems to be the pattern of my life at the current moment.
One thing that has seemed to creep back in my life is the fact that I randomly faint in public. Score right? I thought the issue had been long forgotten and left in the past. Until I was at my first BYU football game and somehow missed a whole quarter of it. I still don't remember the details but I guess I didn't miss much because that was the quarter that our opponent was actually ahead. Good timing right? Well then I had to break it to the new roommates that I'm a freak and randomly loose consciousness for no given reason. I assured them that it wouldn't happen again.
Well during my anatomy lab today I was just minding my own business staring at a cadaver's face when the next thing ya knew I was chilling in a chair with a room full of people staring back at me. Suck. Nothing like passing out in front of your two cute lab T.A.s and a good 30 strangers.
Pro- I didn't fall into the cadaver.
So after hanging out with E.M.s I headed back to #35 and got the joy of calling my over controlling mother who is 1,300 miles away to explain the situation at hand. Have no fear, my grandparents are here. However due to a lack of communication they some how tracked down BYU E.M.S. My grandma thought the peradmedics were cute so I now have a picture of the men who "saved my life." (Even though I was laughing about it by the time they got there)
So to sum it all up. My vital signs are normal. No sign of any weird activity. Blood count looks good. etc, etc.
I'm just a freak and randomly pass out. Score.
Don't worry. Nurse Devaun is making up new symptoms I have every time I look at her.
